The specific services provided to a client will depend on the package, quotation, agreement, or project scope agreed upon between YD Technologies and the client.

2. Quotes and Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are provided for general information and may vary depending on the requirements and complexity of a project. A customized quotation may be provided where necessary. A project will not be considered confirmed until the required agreement, deposit, or payment has been received and the project details have been agreed upon.

YD Technologies reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect a project that has already been formally agreed upon unless otherwise agreed by both parties.

3. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated to the client before work begins. Depending on the project, payment may be required in full or in installments. Work may not begin until the required payment or deposit has been received.

For ongoing services such as hosting, domain registration, or website maintenance, payment may be required on a recurring or annual basis as agreed upon.

4. Project Requirements and Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the information, content, images, logos, credentials, approvals, and other materials reasonably required to complete their project. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any materials they provide to YD Technologies are legally permitted to be used. Delays in providing required materials, information, feedback, or approvals may result in delays to the project timeline.

5. Revisions and Changes
Project packages may include a specific number of revisions depending on the package or agreement. Additional revisions, changes, or features outside the original project scope may result in additional charges. Changes requested after work has begun may also affect the project timeline and final cost. Any significant changes to the project scope may require a revised quotation or agreement.

6. Website Delivery and Launch
Once the agreed project requirements have been completed, the website may be delivered to the client or published to the client's hosting environment. The client is responsible for reviewing the website and notifying YD Technologies of any issues or required corrections within a reasonable period after delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, the project is considered completed once the agreed scope has been delivered.

7. Domain and Hosting Services
Where requested, YD Technologies may provide domain registration and hosting services. Domain names remain subject to the terms, policies, and availability requirements of the applicable domain registrar. Hosting services are subject to the limitations and policies of the applicable hosting infrastructure and service providers. Failure to renew domain or hosting services when payment is due may result in suspension, interruption, or termination of the associated service. YD Technologies is not responsible for the loss of a domain name resulting from a client's failure to renew it on time.

8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client owns the final website content and materials that they have provided to YD Technologies. The ownership or licensing of third-party themes, plugins, software, fonts, stock images, graphics, APIs, or other third-party materials remains subject to the applicable third-party licenses. YD Technologies retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, reusable code, development methods, frameworks, templates, and other materials developed independently of the client's project. Where appropriate, YD Technologies may display completed projects in its portfolio or promotional materials unless the client requests otherwise.

9. Third-Party Services
Some websites may require third-party services, software, plugins, APIs, payment processors, hosting providers, domain registrars, or other external services. YD Technologies is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing changes, security incidents, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers. Clients may also be required to maintain their own accounts or subscriptions with third-party providers where applicable.

10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of service and stage of the project. Deposits or payments for work that has already been completed may not be refundable. If a client cancels a project after work has started, YD Technologies may charge for work completed up to the cancellation date. Any approved refund will be handled according to the specific agreement or service terms applicable to the project.

11. Service Availability
YD Technologies will make reasonable efforts to provide reliable services. However, we do not guarantee that our website or services will always be available without interruption. Service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical problems, hosting providers, internet service providers, third-party services, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, YD Technologies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or services. This may include loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13. Termination
YD Technologies may suspend or terminate services where a client:
- Fails to make required payments
- Violates these Terms of Service
- Provides unlawful or fraudulent information
- Uses our services for illegal or harmful purposes
- Engages in abusive or threatening conduct toward our staff or service providers
Clients may also terminate ongoing services subject to the applicable cancellation terms.

14. Changes to These Terms
YD Technologies may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the applicable laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
